The service

Virtual Tattoo Simulator shows a tattoo design on a photo, in your browser. The try-on, the design library and the downloads are free and need no account. AI designs (a design drawn from your description) need an account: you get a few free each day, then they use credits.

Your content

Photos, designs and text you use stay yours, and your photos stay on your device. Only use photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed, and designs you have the right to use. Tattoo designs belong to the artists who drew them.

Previews are illustrations

A preview shows roughly how a design could look. It is not a promise of how a real tattoo, its healing, its ageing or its removal will turn out. The removal simulator in particular is a visual aid, not medical advice: ask a qualified professional about treatment.

Built-in designs

The designs and sample photos on this site may be used for your own previews and the images you download. Downloaded previews carry a small watermark. Some sample photos are AI-generated and show no real person.

Accounts

You sign in with your Google account; only AI designs need one. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens on your account. Accounts are for adults only. You can delete your account at any time in the editor (Designs → Create with AI → Delete account); unused credits are lost when you do.

AI designs

• An AI model (run by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio) draws each design from your description. We send it only your description and the style, never your photo.
• We claim no rights in the designs you make. Similar descriptions can lead to similar designs, so a design may not be unique, and we can't promise it is free of others' rights. Check with your artist before you get it tattooed.
• Don't ask for designs that copy someone else's artwork, logos or trademarks, show real people without their consent, or are hateful, sexual or violent. The model's content check refuses some requests; a refused or failed design never uses a free design or a credit.

Credits and payments

• After the free daily designs, each AI design uses 1 credit. The editor shows what you have left before you create one.
• Credits come in one-time packs. Checkout shows the price; nothing renews or charges you again.
• Waffo Pancake processes checkout as our Merchant of Record. It collects the payment and any tax that applies.
• Credits never expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before you file a chargeback: we refund incorrect and duplicate charges in full.

Fair use

Don't try to get around the daily free limit or the credit system (for example with many accounts or automated requests), overload the service, or break into it. If we find that, we can refuse requests, suspend or close the account, and we don't refund credits on an account we close for this.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
