Refund Policy

Failed and refused designs

If an AI design fails, or the content check refuses your description, it doesn't use a free design or a credit. You don't need to contact us. Trying designs on your photo is free and never uses credits.

Credit packs

• Unused packs: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from the pack.
• Partly used packs: within 14 days of purchase, you can get a refund for the credits you haven't used: the matching share of the price you paid for that pack. For example, if you used 40 of the 120 credits in a pack, we refund two thirds of its price.
• After 14 days, a purchase is not refundable, unless the law requires otherwise.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, and their credits never expire. There is no subscription to cancel.

Incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the extra charge in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@virtualtattoosimulator.com from the email address of your account, with your order number and the reason. We reply by email.

How refunds work

• Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds of purchases made through its checkout.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
• When we refund a purchase, we remove the refunded credits from your balance: all of the pack's credits for a full refund, or the unused ones for a partial refund. Your balance never goes below zero.

Not refundable

• Purchases outside the conditions above, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Credits on accounts that we close for breaking our Terms of Use.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
